Get your red on Saturday, July 27, and join the tailgate party in Civic Center Park to welcome the Chiefs Kingdom to St. Joseph. After visiting Training Camp, the festivities in the park will begin at 1pm. Chiefs fans are encouraged to wear red, pick a spot and enjoy the fun, family-friendly atmosphere which includes inflatables for kids, t-shirts for sale, plus food and drink vendors. Some vendors require cash only for items purchased. Fans are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, sunscreen and lawn games.
Starting at 4pm, MWSU Cheerleaders, KC Wolf and Max the Griffon will be on the grounds.
T-shirts will be available for $20 each. They can be purchased with cash or card. If purchasing with card, there will be a 3% convenience fee applied.
Time Out Event Center will be there from 1-6pm hosting an original bounce party with multiple inflatables. $10 charge for an All-You-Can-Bounce wristband. Cash only. Parents must check in at the table to sign liability waiver, pay and receive their wristbands. Kids without wristbands will be asked to leave the inflatables. Children are not to be left alone as parents must stay with them the whole time.
