Amadeus! Amadeus! is a red-letter performance for the St Joseph Symphony. Lory Lacy, Principal Flute, is featured in Mozart’s gorgeous Concerto in G major for flute and orchestra. Lory has a life-long connection to this music, which she first performed at age 15. In addition, the symphony will perform Mozart’s Symphony no. 41. Also known as “The Jupiter,” this is the composer’s final symphonic work before his death at age 35. Our title is also a reference to the 1985 release of “Rock Me Amadeus” by Falco (which will not be performed at this concert). Doors and Box Office Open at 6:00 pm, Concert at 7:00 pm.
